We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes and empower our development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and proven experience in leading Agile teams to success. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and removing impediments to team progress. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

Develop new user-facing features as well as back-end REST APIs.

Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services.

Collaborate with other team members

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Good experience as Python Developer.

Python frameworks experience (Django, FastAPI)

Working knowledge of Linux Passion for writing functional, scalable, and beautiful code.

Understand the databases and SQL.

Knowledge about JavaScript and the AngularJS framework is a plus.

Should be efficient and effective
